JESUS YOU ARE AMAZING!!!!!

Saturday, December 10, 2011

I know I can't make people care about the orphans...It can make me pretty frustrated. I've tried and tried to tell people about them. Show them how important it is to help, but still they don't listen...They don't care. I've asked God "why?". I don't get it, I obviously CAN'T do this on my own, and if others won't listen to me or help, how am I supposed to do this?? I know I NEED God's help, and that's the only one I need but sometimes it's hard to remember.. Yesterday was one of the days that I didn't understand why God was letting this happen, I mean He can make people care...So why isn't He? Or if He is why haven't I seen it. I know I need to help, but how? No one listens to what I say--I've messaged people telling them. They've either said they'll look at it or don't even reply. I put out flyers at my grandma's, when I went back to her house I was so excited because some were gone...Guess what I found...? They all had blown into the creek. So, what am I suppose to do?

I asked my friend Alyssa how it was that her and Kaitlyn's blog "BumbleBees & Raindrops" was going so well. She told me that it was God. That they had decided they were going to give it all to God and He would make it work. I'm trying to do the same thing, but it's really hard, but from now on I am going to try as hard as I possibly can to give all the glory be to God. To trust in Him, and that no matter what happens it's for a reason. I might not understand why, but I have to trust Him. Not only does He knows what it is best for the orphans AND for me, He is going to do what is best for us.

Trust. That's what I need to learn. Because with God ALL things are possible!

Anastasia and Brynn, God is with you. He loves you, and is going to do what He thinks is best for YOU! <3

This a short movie, that is SO amazing! People are NOT told what is happening, they're told abortion is alright and that it's not a baby until three months. They are lied to, I am so gad this guy went around and did what he did. This is an amazing thing! So, please please watch this, and share!

WARNING: It does have some disturbing videos and images, so just be careful.

I've been thinking about somethings lately... Which I'm gonna share today. I've noticed so many people that are all for being "green" or for taking care of the animals. So, that stuff is good to a certain extent. When you get so into it that it's more important than people, there is a big problem. Another thing I've noticed is, when someone posts about being "green" or "save the animals" on Facebook, Blog, Twitter or anywhere, they get so many people joining them and saying "lets make this world a better place!". But what if someone posts about the orphans with special needs? Who listens...? Not many. You get more people helping when it's for the animals or recycling! What about the children sitting in orphanages and institutions?? Alone without a family! Come on people, what's more important here?? Animals or people? People!! Yes, God made animals and loves them very much, but doesn't He love us more? Definitely!

"So don't be afraid; you are more valuable to God than a whole flock of sparrows."
Matthew 10:31

More people know about how people have organizations to save animals and to "be green" but why is it that they don't know about these children...? I do care about animals. In fact I love animals.. But not more then I love people. God wouldn't want us to love the animals more then the people on this earth. God told us to take care of the fatherless and the widows. They need our help more then the animals do.

 Have a good Thanksgiving everyone!

Anastasia's fund is no longer empty!!!! In about a month her fund went from $0 to.....

$153.00!!!

Yes, $153.00.. It make me so happy to see something in her fund.

I know that I haven't been blogging much lately and I want to apologize for that. I am going to try REALLY hard from now on to post. It's just hard to think of things to say. I have it in my head; I just can't write it out. I'm sure you guys know what I mean..

Everyday I check Reece's Rainbow hoping that today, one of them or both of them will be on the "My Family Found Me" page. I've seen a lot of my advocator friends have "their" children on the page. I just wish that Anastasia and Brynn would be too! I've also been worried that someone says they will adopt them and then end up not adopting them like with Brynn.... So if I do see them on the page, do I get excited?? I hated the disappointment when I found out she WASN'T going to be adopted....I know I have to trust God, that He knows what it is best for everyone and that whatever happens is for the best.... It's just really hard sometimes, especially seeing all the other children being adopted and neither of the children I'm advocating for have been.

Anastasia and Brynn,

I wish that we could adopt you guys. I love you both so much, and wish that you two would find families. I hate to think that you guys are alone. No one to hug you, kiss you, play with you...But we will just have to wait. Anastasia, Brynn know that I love you and Jesus love you even more! Even if you don't have siblings or a mom you DO have a father, and He loves you more then anyone ever could! ♥ I wish I could tell you guys that.

Love,
Your Big Sister

Anastasia has her own fund now.  Currently she doesn't have anything in her fund, lets try and change that!

Like I said in the last post Brynn also has her own fund. She already has quite a bit of money in her fund. So as of right now I'm gonna work on getting some in Anastasia's. So if you can PLEASE tell family and friends about her, and ask if they'd like to help. And who knows maybe in the process of telling people about her, someone will look at her picture and know she is their DAUGHTER! ♥

If you guys have ANY ideas on how to raise money/get the word out about her. PLEASE e-mail me at AllGodsChildren17@gmail.com Thank you SO much!

Thursday, September 1, 2011

I have sad news... I saw that Brynn was no longer on the "My Family Found Me Page" so I e-mailed Michelle. She is once again available for adoption. This breaks my heart... My sweet little Brynn again needs a family.

I've decided that I'm going to be her warrior again, so I'll have both Brynn and Anastasia.

These two little girls need families...

Brynn needs a family again. And Anastasia needs one. So lets share both their profiles, Facebook, Blog, Twitter. Anything-- lets find these little girls families! Please help.
On the bright side, they have made some changes at Reece's Rainbow.

Here is what Andrea from Reece's Rainbow said:
"Big news, Reece's Rainbow! Board of Directors has voted! Effective September 1, 2011, all older children will be able to carry their grants as they grow (until they turn 10), instead of being combined in a general older child fund. Individual Paypal buttons to be posted for donations over the course of this next week, please be patient!
Brynn has her own fund, and now Anastasia will too. So if you can donate, please donate! And if not, please pray.

A few days ago I watched a documentary on YouTube called, "Bulgaria's Abandoned Children". After watching it, I was in tears. It's about the children in an institution in Bulgaria. It was heartbreaking to watch how badly these children were treated! I can't understand why some people think it is FINE to treat children with special needs like some sort of animal!!

Here is the first part, please watch. It has nine parts so it will take a while, but please take time to watch it.

After you watch this documentary there is another one called "Bulgaria's Abandoned Children Revisited" that is a need to watch after this.

Note: It is very disturbing. So young kids probably shouldn't watch it.

Never, will I say "I'm starving" again. Because they are starving...

I'll think twice before I say "I'm bored". Because they are bored...

Or when I say "I'm hurting". Because they are hurting...

They NEED to be adopted before they're put into institutions...

...Anastasia NEEDS to be adopted.

It makes me cry when I think that Anastasia will go to an institution if she's not adopted. She is already six; that's the age that a lot of children are transferred...

Maybe YOU are her family!

This is an AMAZING video by Eric Ludy. Perfectly said. Perfectly.

This is all I have to say....

Will YOU help God's children?

" Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world." -James 1:27

Today when I woke up and got on here, I found out some amazing news!

Little Teri Lynn is going to finally have a FOREVER family!!

                            -♥-♥-

I was SO excited when I found out!

Now that Teri Lynn is being adopted it gives me more hope for Anastasia. I pray that Anastasia will find a family before being sent to an institution. No one deserves to go through that. Teri Lynn didn't either, but she is being adopted and that will ALL be over. She will have a loving family, and leave that terrible place!
God had her in His hands the whole time, and knew that it would all work out.  I know It will work out exactly the way He wants it with Anastasia too. It sure is hard to understand why God lets things happen... I just have to trust that it will all work out for the best. That Anastasia will find a family if that is what He thinks is best for her.

I can't wait to see what God has in store for both of these little girls!

God loves you Teri Lynn and Anastasia!! I do too!! ♥

BOM

I have mentioned the Bible Orphan ministry before in a couple posts. Well right now they are asking for money for paint. They need to get $735.00 dollars.

                                        Are YOU willing to help???

"Most critical needs at orphanages for today:

Clothes for Orphans
Orphans have very worn out clothes often. It is a real need and joy for these children to get new clothes! Children often need tee-shirts, briefs, trousers, summer hats, socks for boys, skirt or dress, summer-hat, spanx for girls. Undergarments for all kids. For winter time: winter sweaters, winter warm mittens, winter hats and scarf. The biggest needs in winter are warm jackets or coats. If children do not have a good clothes in winter time, they often are sick.

Food for Orphans
Many orphans are malnourished, a critical food shortage. Poor diet and health problems are a common for orphans.
With your help we can bring to orphanages flour, grits (spaghetti, buckwheat, rice, pease, etc) butter, fruits: oranges, bananas, cherries, strawberries, etc.(depends from the season).

Shoes
Shoes, sandals or winter boots are one of the Big Needs for Orphans. Their shoes and boots warn out, often have holes, or are too small and hurt their feet. It is BIG blessing and joy to get new shoes to kids!

House slippers

As children often do not have sandals or shoes to wear it outside. They wear house slippers what they have to wear in their bedrooms. Children wear out slippers very fast. They both need families!

Today I am really excited!! I e-mailed Andrea from Reece's Rainbow a couple days ago, and asked her if there were anymore pictures of Anastasia, and guess what?? There was one!!!

Yes it's when shes younger, but I am so happy to have another picture of her! I'm sure you guys want to see the picture as well. :)

               Here she is! ^

She looks like such a sweet little girl.  I'm not sure how young she was in this picture. I can't believe that she doesn't have a family! No one should have to live life without a family to love and take care of them-- especially a kid. I pray that someone will find her and take her home! Soon!!

                  She's gone from this...
                 To this...

Without anyone watching her grow up....

Without anyone to hug her or to love her....

Without a FAMILY!

I pray that someone will look at her and know that she was meant to be their daughter!

Guess what?

I'm sorry I have not blogged lately; my mom just recently had a baby so I haven't really had time to keep up on my blog... But guess what????

I am BRYNN'S WARRIOR!!

                                  ^This is Brynn^

"Isn't Brynn beautiful?   Brynn is HIV+. She has some minor facial features of possible FAS, but she is described as a typically developing child, so this is just a cautionary disclosure."

I am so excited to finally be Brynn's warrior! Isn't she SO adorable??? I was going to be a warrior for a child with Down's Syndrome, but I prayed about it and then I found her. Just because she doesn't have Down's Syndrome doesn't mean she doesn't need a warrior! : )

Brynn has HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus).

HIV is like other kinds of viruses like the flu or even the cold. After a while our immune system clears most viruses out of the body, but it's different with HIV- the body doesn't clear the virus out. Over time HIV destroys lots of CD4 cells and your body can't fight infections and diseases anymore...

Here is a blog about a woman who adopted a little girl from the Ukraine. Her daughters' name is Victoria, and she has HIV. On her blog she writes about what it's like raising a child with HIV. : )

 ----------------------------------------------------

My friend Alyssa just made a blog for a little girl from Reece's Rainbow. Her name is Christine and she is ADORABLE! Here is a picture of her.. ♥

What did I tell you?? Isn't she adorable??

This is the link to Alyssa's blog

                 http://icandoallwithchrist.blogspot.com/

 ----------------------------------------------------

Before I end this blog post, I want to give a link to a fundraiser that some friends are doing, for a little girl from Reece's rainbow her name is Teri Lynn and for an organization called Bible Orphan Ministry (BOM).

This is the link to The Bible Orphan Ministry's blog  http://bibleorphanministry.blogspot.com/

What can I do?

My family and I found Reece's Rainbow a few months ago. At first I was not interested, I didn't really pay much attention to the things my mom told me about Reece's Rainbow. I didn't see anyway that I could help, or even why. There must be lots of people out there who are willing to help; people who could give more money than I can and who may even be able to adopt -unlike me, a thirteen year old. So what can I do?
I may not be able to give a lot of money or even adopt, but I CAN pray and tell people about these beautiful children who NEED to be adopted; to be loved. They may not be able to speak for themselves, but we can speak for them. We can be the voices for the voiceless!

What if everyone thought the way I had? That someone else will do it; someone else will help? If everyone did then where would we be? It wouldn't help them; they'd be in these orphanages and institutions alone, with no one to care or to love them.

Between the ages of 4-7 children are sent to an institution where they are kept for their whole lives. They are tied to cribs and ignored all day, everyday. They don't know what it's like to be loved or to have families.

Here is a video of a girl who visited and institution and saw how horrible it is.

How can we just do nothing after seeing this? If you'd like to learn more about how you can help go here.

First I would like to talk about orphans with special needs. Me and my family recently found a website called Reece's Rainbow (http://reecesrainbow.org/). Reece’s Rainbow was started in order to help orphans with special needs to find families of their own. All of the orphans on that site are from other countries, and most of them have Down’s syndrome. Reece’s Rainbow gathers information about orphans and puts it on their website. They also collect donations to go towards the adoption fees for families who want to adopt.

Special needs orphans  in other countries have no chance of a decent life unless someone adopts them or rescues them. By the time they turn four or five years old they are sent to a mental institution for the rest of their lives. More than 80% of them die within their first year of living there.

Here are few pictures of the beautiful children from Reece's Rainbow.

 Leesia

That smile is precious. Isn't she's adorable?

Hi,

My name is Samantha. I am the oldest of six kids, and I really believe that ALL children are a blessing-even those with disabilities. I know that a lot of people think that children are burdens-even Christians. I am hoping that I might be able to help change their minds.

Before I end this post I want to post a couple links to my friends blogs.
